Corey Haim is a paraplegic boy whose deadbeat uncle, Gary Busey, builds him gas-powered, hot-rod wheelchairs to get around town. And thank goodness he does, because there's a werewolf on the loose. Big Ed from Twin Peaks delivers a solid supporting performance as the town preacher. Some low budget cheese, but if any of the above perks your interest, you'll probably enjoy it.
