What unexpected fun! This title is misleading at best, the original is more accurate: Test Tube Teens from the Year 2000. Two teenage boys from the sexless future (the year 200) go back in time to stop the future frigid leader of the not-so-free world from taking sex away from the people. They do this by hiding out in an all-girl boarding school and trying to get her laid. Hijinx ensue.
This sounds so lame, I expected the worst of 80s painty-raider shlock. But against the odds, this film has a soul! And maybe more surprisingly, it's actually funny. There's a Terminator spoof woven in which adds to the ridiculousness, and Ian Abercrombie has a supporting role as a rebellious sex-positive college professor. The innevitable softcore scenes are the worst parts of the film, but they're fairly isolated from the plot, so you can use the time to get a drink or use the bathroom.
